Key Tasks & Responsibilities
 
Cost control
  • Control all the process strictly, develop more supplier and copartner to reduce our company’s operation risk and project cost.
  • Form assembly drawing corresponding to every kind of project to lessen labor cost.
 
Research & Development
  • Organize researching and development for new product, make our product more competitive.
·         Optimize project with the objective of creating client loyalty and guaranteeing future sales.
 
Ensure project on schedular
·         Ensure project on schedular by Promoting everyone to link up during projects and improving efficiency.
·         Ask supplier for appropriate providing period.
·         Ask constructer for construction design plan.
·         Make procedure more standard.
 
Quality control
·         Implement project monitoring strictly.
·         Ensure every project having integrated document.
 
Team leader
·         Make everyone cooperate in the department.
·         Define duty of every position in the department with HR and supervise all the subordinates.
 
Qualifications and Experience Required
 
·     Degree in Engineering or Project Management or Business related degree
·     Project Management experience
·         5 years experience in relevant Telecommunication Project, Implementation Environment
·         Demonstrated delivery of targets to schedule times frames
·     Computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Power point
·     Demonstrate understanding of project schedules and budget management
·     Proficient in written & spoken English
·     Previous staff management experience
·     Previous experience of creating process documentation
·     A demonstrated understanding of the business requirements, e.g. price, delivery times, speed to market, quality, dependability
·         Prepared to put forward new ideas and think outside the square
·         Demonstrated ability to influence key decision makers at a senior level
 
 
 
Product Sales Manager
 
Main Accountabilities:

l         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with the goal of developing strong customer relationships.
l         Performs competitive analysis and market analysis.
l         Provides solution recommendations based on detailed knowledge of customer needs and issues at hand.
l         Direct customer interaction through production phase.
l         Enacts pricing and competitive strategy.                                                                 
l         Direct and frequent feedback/input to strategy and tactical plan for
l         Supporting customers and winning new projects.
l         Lead group to accomplish sales task.

Key Requirements:
l         Bachelor degree, telecom, information science or engineering preferred.
l         At least 5 years of sales experience in telecom industry, multinational orgovernment system preferred
l         Familiar with Telecom Industry and with Telecom equipment.
l         Good at using PC.
l         Fluent in both Chinese and English.
l         Willing to travel and work under pressure.
l         Independent, but strong team work spirit.
 
 
Assistant Manager -Administration
 
Responsibilities
l         Lead team to plan and implement administrative work
l         Assist to promote Asian administrative work
l         Supervise and promote administrative projects
l         Standardize administrative work process and related company’s guidelines
l         Plan and control department budget
Key Requirements:
l         Bachelor degree or above.
l         More than 4 years administrative working experience in MNCs
l         Excellent management skills and leadership
l         Excellent cross functional communication skills and interpersonal skills
l         Excellent English both in spoken and written
l         Excellent business writing skills
 
Credit Manager
Responsibilities:
l         Make a credit investigation and evaluation of direct customers
l         Set and update the related policies and procedures
l         Execute the feasibility study of individual cases and set financial proposals for direct customers
l         Monitor the collection status for direct and indirect customers
l         Secure the assets at the times of defaults to avoid bad debts
l         Coordinate necessary actions with relative divisions in a timely manner
Key Requirements:
l         More than 7 years working experience in credit & in house leasing
l         At least 3 years management experience
l         Solide hands-on credit management experience
l         Excellent project management skills
l         Excellent cross functional coordination skills
