Julianto exposures in top managerial position for the last 20 years are mainly in the public health sector as the Board of Directors in the National and Top Referrals Hospitals in Indonesia, with delivering new innovations, restructuring organization and management in few of Public Hospitals, which resulting the New Faces of Public Hospital as the leading health services in Indonesia.

Especially in the last 10 years, Julianto was responsible for coordinating, planning and implementing the concept, building and operating the development and operation as the first CEO of one largest sophisticated modern teaching hospital in Indonesia in the Universitas Indonesia.

Julianto has also deeply involve in the revitalization of Indonesia Family Planning Program for 4 years as the Deputy at BKKBN, and during his leadership period demonstrated a successful result by bringing a declining of Indonesia Total Fertility Rate which has been stagnant for the last 12 years.

Julianto also has been elected to be one among 12 leaders in the world as the Referral Champion Person in the World Family Planning 2020 Program. His understanding and international also national width exposures of effective organization, leadership capacity and the depth interest of human capital development for Nation, are the principle reasons to develop Bina Manajemen Unggul as one of the founder.

Julianto graduated from University Indonesia, as Bachelor of Medicine and Medical Doctor, Specialist in Obsterics and Gynaecology and Consultant of Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility. He also Finishing his Master degree from Melbourne University and Completing PhD degree from Univertas Indonesia. Relevant certification in Project Management and Leadershipment Training Program especially in Health Industry has been achieved by Julianto.

Dra. GRACE SURYADI, Psychologist

Grace has more than 20 years exposures in all spectrum of Human Resources areas with combined exposures as Human Resources Specialist, Generalist also as Consultant of Change Management and Human Capital during her tenure in IBM Indonesia.

Her industry understanding is Hitech & Telecommunication, Courier and Logistics, Computer and Global Consulting business, Oil and Gas including Services, Plantation, Financial and Banking, Automotive manufacturing and Sales Distribution, Education Institution and Hospital.

Her last position was Country HRM for Shell Indonesia till 2015, then she continues sharpening her consulting exposures through various projects i.e Company Policy for Nippon Paint Auto Refinishes Indonesia, Assessment of Performance Management Review for University of Indonesia, Competency Assessment for Duta Fuji Electric, Competency Based Recruitment and HR Platforms for University of Indonesia Hospital.

Despite as one of founder in Bina Manajemen Unggul, Grace also as Associate Partner in TPC Leadership SEA with based in Jakarta.

Education, Qualifications & Certifications

Grace graduated from University Indonesia, majoring in Psychology. Relevant certification in Project Management, Competency Based Structure Interview, Coaching, Leadership and HR Business Partner programme with IMD Lausanne. The latest in ongoing ICF Coaching Accreditation.

She rendered services majority to Fortune 500 companies with some of them are in the top three of worldwide ranking.


Experienced professional with 30+ years of broad working experience managing Technology & Management Consulting in Asia. Manage a large scale of IT Operation & projects in various industries. Consulted and led various Business & IT transformation projects, developed strategic business plans, developed IT strategy, digitalization, implementation of enterprise application system (ERP/SAP/AX), implementation of web-based & mobile solution, business process improvement, project management.

He worked for top tier companies such as Astra Group, PwC Singapore, IBM (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia) and ABeam Consulting (Malaysia, Indonesia) prior joining BMU.

Extensive work experience in various industries such as Automotive, Fintech, Healthcare, Telco, Hi-Tech, Logistics, Transportation, FMCG/CPG, Oil & Gas, Retail, Distribution, General Manufacturing, at private companies, multinational and state-owned enterprise.

He has work experience in a country like Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Thailand, and a short assignment in Australia, Europe, and the USA, thus understand the multi culture and global work culture.

Education, Qualifications and Certification

Bambang graduated from IPB University, Bogor, Indonesia, major in Agriculture Engineering. He was part of Strategic Management team Astra, and attended various project management & leadership courses at Astra, PwC Singapore, IBM Asean, ABeam Consulting, etc.


Leslie started his Human Resources career in 1989 with Shell in Malaysia and has worked across all of Royal Dutch Shell key businesses - Upstream Exploration & Production, Downstream Marketing & Trading and Projects Technology - in Malaysia, The Netherlands, and Singapore.

In his 30 years with Shell, Leslie has balanced the company organizational objectives with his personal and his team purpose, championed the Asian agenda and Asian leadership, navigated the complex world of both eastern and western cultures and a multi-generational workforce in an ever-changing environment.

He has deep experience in driving Business Transformation and the Change Management Programs needed to support the various Shell Business in embracing the Energy Transition (Climate Change) and Digital Transformation (including Future of Work, IR4.0, maturing of the Shell Shared Service Center delivery model). The transformation of the HR Organization which he was intimately involved with resulted in the modernization of the HR Model, Infrastructure and Leadership, ready and willing to lead the thinking in conjunction with the Business.

Outside of Shell, Leslie is a Member of the Advisory Board of Singapore Management University (SMU) Academy, the Sarawak (Malaysia) Leadership Institute for Civil Service, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).

Education, Qualifications and Certification

Leslie graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration (specialising in Human Resources Management) from Iowa State University, USA in Dec 1988. He retired from Shell end of October, 2020.
